Hey there Jenn :>
Well looks like you have what’s called facial Hyperhidrosis, which is excessive sweating of the face, over 8 million Americans have Hyperhidrosis in one form or another so you’re definitely not alone on this. Here’s what you can do:
1. Gel Based Antiperspirant
Try picking up one of these that you can apply to your forehead, you can pick them up at your local drugstore or online if you can’t find them.
2. White Vinegar
This works as an astringent which closes up your pores and prevents the sweat from escaping. Try applying some with a cotton ball on your face.
3. Cut Out Sugar/Caffeine
Caffeine and sugar both increase your anxiety levels big time which leads to sweating. If you drink tons of coffee, cutting this out can help out quite a bit.
4. Wear a Cap or a Headband
This will help absorb some of the sweat..
5. Fans
Try mounting a small portable fan on the dashboard of your car to get even more air flow towards your face.
Good luck!
