could this be teething, He does drool now and cry and sweat. and the drooling has become more excessive.
He also is bitting his lower lip to.
he is 9 weeks old

earache ..possible drool in ear from teething..or just teething can hurt the ear without infection
ear infection is my immediate thought.
the drooling is normal – the salivary glands kick in about this age.
Probably an ear infection-time for a call to the pediatrician.
It sounds like teething.Get him some teething rings and maybe you can get some medicine for him to reduce pain.If its not teething you should take him to his doctor.Good Luck and stay strong<3
