Excessive sweating. What can I do?
I have a very embarrassing problem. All of a sudden, without any other symptoms, I start sweating in my head, face and chest. My hair gets damp and sometimes it drips.
I’m 57 year old woman and I had my menopause 16 years ago so I don’t think it’s related to it. I had my thyroid checked and it’s fine. My doctor (a man) doesn’t realize how I feel and how much I wish this didn’t happen so he won’t order any other tests.
I used to drink 6 cups of coffee a day and I cut down to 1 in the morning.
When I start sweating people ask me if I feel alright or they turn the AC on. The only thing I feel is embarrassment.
What does this happen? Can anybody help me, please?
Thank you.
