excessive sweating, how to stop it?
I sweat excessively on my back, underarms, chest, stomach, forehead, scalp and arms. It’s not just like normal sweating, it pours almost, runs and in the case of my head and scalp often gets in my eyes, meaning my vision is blurred for a few moments.
I used anti-persperent on my underarms, chest, back and arms, between once every hour to every three hours and it’s still doing nothing. I shower every morning, wash properly every evening and wash as often as is possible during the day (about 3 or four times depending on lessons at college), this is on top of changing shirts as often as possible, generally three times a day or so. None of this seems to be working however and I daren’t use it on my head that close to my eyes.
help? It’s embarrassing to always smell and have patches under my arms, by BMI is 22, the doctor said I’m a perfect weight and should remain that way and 16 years old. I eat healthy, drink plenty of water and do a minimum of 40mins exercise a day, maximum of five hours.
The doctor’s visit wasn’t related to this, over the counter things such as ‘triple dry’ don’t work, nor do natural products and we’ve tried all sorts of different anti-perperents.

Your condition is called hyperhydrosis. Here’s a summary of the condition and some options for treatment. It sounds like you would need to see a doctor to help you find something that would work for you since yours doesn’t sound responsive to anything OTC.
So sorry you have to hassle with this. It doesn’t sound fun.
