I am a mildly active profession, a little over weight, taking low dose high blood pressure meds, as well as multi- vitamins, that has just moved to southern Georgia. Formerly in central New York state, I did sweat heavy when engaged in medium to heavy work, levels seemed normal to at times heavy. Now as soon as I hit the door in the morning the sweating begins. It seems to take about two hours after I get to my office before it seems to go back to normal. Some times the sweating remains heavy all day, with not identified reasons.

I could sweat in a snow storm and I’m not overweight and I don’t drink anymore than the average person. I also get excessive sweating of my head at night. Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night and my pillow will be wet with sweat. I wonder what’s going on.

I have MS, so it’s harder for me to regulate my temperature in summer than others, especially in a hot or stuffy room and then my head sweats! It only seems to happen under my hair and around my hairline. My underarms and body are fine but if the room is even a little warm (for me) my head and hairline will begin to perspire unless I have MOVING AIR on me, constantly. It’s getting really embarassing, and can’t be avoided, since I have to take minutes for a monthly meeting held in a stuffy room at our church. It is air-conditioned, (but still too warm for my head, apparently) and is already on a reasonable temp so we can’t turn it lower. I took a little fan, but we sit at tables and there just isn’t room for it, and I have to use an extension chord to put it on the floor and everyone trip’s over it. Isn’t there any otc product I can use at my hairline other than paying a fortune for anti-forehad sweat wipes from Canada, plus shipping to Florida??

I sweat excessively from my head. I don’t have sweaty feet, palms or pits – JUST HEAD! Does anyone know of any medications to cure this very embarrassing problem?

I am 16 years old. My problem is excessive sweating all over ….from head to toes…I have tried different powders and lotion, but still , they have not solved my problem. This really causes me insecurities, avoiding social gatherings.
